i doubt she finished reading the book or maybe she didn't read it thoroughly. it seem odd that she knew that her character got killed by Ahin (n that the ori duchess had lot of complained) but she didn't knew abt the duke fam background or the fact tht they hv lot of enemies, hence the training. later in future chap, she even forgot the original ML of the book..
y'all like 'oh no poor ain that's abuse bad father good mother bdmsnckdsk' but I think the Duke or whatever doesn't know how to properly raise children, as he was manipulated by his own parents that it's what it means to be a part of their family; no weakness. he was also treated like that, so why only care about ain? isn't that straight up ignorance? so what if he looks cute, don't you see he manipulates the ml into pitying and loving him? he's pretending. lying. that's not good, okay? so don't act like 'ain is babey' when he isn't. I like him, I like the Duke, but the ml is meh. like many said 'she read the novel' did she finish it? was she reading it when she died? (I don't remember, sorry) was ains childhood displayed in the novel? that's probably about to come, but honestly I don't think it's her fault? she simply doesn't know, is what I think. but I was really in disbelief when she ignored that the Duke was raised like that too. he's and adult so it's fine? it's not.
