yes..i am just annoyed how ignorant kate is.
also she tells Ian that he doesn't like her, then why did he keep her around? even when he left the house?
.
kate was the only one servant serving him.
Ian doesn't even treat her like servant ans even kisses her whenever gets the chance, took her to the ball.
kate is just uuggggghhhh...

i mean i dont know maybe she doesnt believe him cuz he tried to push her down the stairs
maybe she doesnt want to accept that she s a witch cuz most witchy people she meets re scum aka that household that murdered half their employees and tried to burn her alive or the guy that put a slave contract on a fighter to make him kill kids for sport or that heart stealing thing thats going around town i m sure the list will go on as we progress
i wouldnt wanna be put into a boat with those guys either
besides even if she admitted it to herself admitting it to others in a country where witches re persecuted is a really dangerous thing so ye no i get why she s so insistant its not her maybe she even thinks its ian who s the witch after all her magic only turned on so far when he was around

but in a society that persecute thrm, having no knowledge about it, it’s pretty natural she denies it, th’ only « hard to deny thing is when she send fire to stop ian… first time it could be either or them or any artifacts, it’s spontaneous in a middle of an accident, second she fainted …
So now, she doubts and deny mostly because she’s terrified and alone to face it
It is interesting as part of character development, she’s potentially powerful, but it could cost her life
Why is Kate still denying she’s not a witch? She set Ian’s hand on fire , she was floating in air, she could sense magic around that fight club.. still denying after 70+ chapters????
Wow idk if I’m shocked or what!!!
.
And what it looks like kate is a noble, most likely from Hogan family(!) ...
.
Ian looks similar to the crown price? How? He was told to be a bastard... More likely his mother was a maid??
