
She miscalculated. She taught that it would be better for her and Uncle to break up because of a career opportunity. She didn't want Uncle to wait for her because Uncle should be in a more secure relationship that she cannot offer at the moment because of the said career(and her whole situation in general). But it seems that she made the wrong choice and ended up being alone and without a job in the process.
TLDR SHE PUSHED EVERYONE AWAY BC SHE THOUGHT IT WAS FOR THE BEST FOR HER AND FOR EVERYONE ELSE.

Which really doesn't make any sense. I had expected she would be more selfish in the sense that she'll choose to stay with them despite the LDR? And I don't understand the bruises, is she seriously seeing her father again? To be honest, I see this as more of an unnecessary plot point. I could see the conflict of working at a far city but not with this kind of execution. Just my two cents
