I mean, he usually wears a mask over his face and he has such a cold stare when he’s in the palace. He’s probably using a mean tone as the crown prince... but in the city, he has no mask and is nicer to people as to not give away his identity...

How does she not recognize him?! Like, for people I see a lot it’s easy to spot them from the back, but she can’t even recognize his face or voice????
