Lmao I'm glad I wasn't the only one reading inappropriate books. There used to be this library where u get to fill a plastic bag full of harlequin books just for a $1. That used to be my favorite library cos I could read like 5 harlequin books in a day
What are harlequin books ?
It's a type of romance novel, they usually have a pretty simple story line and most of them are full of the lovers having sex and have a happy ending, in more ways than one

But they're a classic style romance, not as popular now a days but were a big hit I think between the 60s-90s so when you see the covers they usually have a shirtless man on the front lookin like Fabio
Very short stories corny as hell but addictive
In my country, we called them pocket books lol
