i understand and kinda agree with you low key, its just really nice to see something you've read for so long and con only see in your head come to life (sort of) in front of your eyes, it makes me want to reread the story again! (≧∀≦)
ah same, it feels kinda rushed and they miss so much that the novel covered. The i dont get the same feeling of excitement from the drama it just kinda feels detached (kinda like they missed the mark) it may fall short because of the high expectations from the original novel) plus for some reason I feel like the character designs fall short too, we have only seen a few characters so far but I'm not too enthusiastic about them

Right! have you the cover for the novel? i really thought they would kinda base it off of that, i would have loved to see that. . . . (⊙…⊙ ) OMG i just though of something! Live action TV show! i wanna watch it! not anime if they do the animation similar to the manga, then i would defiantly would prefer live action. however if the animation style would be similar to the anime Monster or Cowboy Beep Bop then i think they could pull it off.
Yeah i really vibe with the novel's cover art (since it was written by a chinese author and they all had chinese names i sorta thought they would look more chinese (kinda like futuristic Chinese atheistic where house hints of old china but mostly futuristic) (maybe thats why i felt the designs were a little off because i've been reading too many cultivation novels lol) I think those art styles you mentioned would also do well too, I also would include the artist of solo leveling or ranker who lived a second time (I think they do a good job of showing an op mc (that eye shine always gets me)

tho I like the designs(especially the futuristic concept), I kinda imagined *cough* Number One to have an old style white robe with long silky black hair *cough* and maybe for Little Four *cough* a cutie patootie black short hair and maybe no clothes lol *cough* and other more more but yeah...

Yea i'm glad it is getting an adaption but with such a dedicated following (1400 chapters is a lot to read through) people really get attached and when a adaption comes out and it doesn't match up to what they imagine it. People end up hating the adaptation rather then someone who just happen to read the adaption first.
ngl im convinced that the manhua wont be as good as the novel, its kinda ruined my imagination smh
