You may have to clear your web cache and cookies.
Why?
Sometimes when your device loads a page (before you switch on VPN for example) - your device remembers the settings for that page via cache/cookies and you cannot open it until it's all cleared and you start from scratch.
This happens for me all the time when I want to watch US shows etc. I need to go back and clear my cache etc, turn my VPN to a different country and then reload…Changing your IPN isn't enough for whatever reason - I don't really get it myself (≧∀≦)

Is your VPN set to the USA or Canada at all? They are usually what mine is set to and Tappytoon works for me. Here's the link to the site I use:

Other than that I'm not sure unfortunately, it's very unusual...
It has been set on poland. I set it on USA but still not available. People say support the author and what you're doing is unfair...well I can't even download the app.

Poland might be OK, which means you might not have cleared all cache and cookies correctly - because really there shouldn't be another reason that it doesn't work. (Unless Iran has some other super system in place.)
I don't know how else to help, maybe it's just not meant to be!
How do you clear cache? On setting and app lists? Or on chrome browser???

I can't purchase the tappytoon app even with vpn it says this item is not available in your country.
Is there a way i can get free points in the website??? Ads games?,
