I think the worst would be something like inducing the heats of multiple omegas and alphas on the street and initiating a street wide unconsensual orgy and traumatising a bunch of people... And there is no rich man to throw some cash and fix things up. Instead, there just a load shit ton of suffering people, potentially children, struggling parents etc...
