What? How did he asked for another chance? He realized that he hurted her and realized exactly why and how did he hurt her. Knowing that she really meant to hate him, he accepted the fact and try to distance from her to not hurt her more.
She was hurt, but she also understand that she hurt him while keeping him in the dark abandoning him. She herself realized (after she left him) that he was trying to show his love in his own way and that it was because of the differences of backgrounds.
Personally, I think it was kind of refreshing to see the heroin do the chasing. I think the author wanted to show the growth of heroin from an insecure woman to a successful and secure one, capable to chase after her love.
I think he totally redeem himself because he realized and accepted his mistakes and will put his wife as his top priority. Why wouldn't she deserve the love of her loved one?
Lol she was in the wrong because she didn't tell him what she felt.
She just expected him to read her mind and placed blame on him without giving him a chance to help her.
She was selfish and the guy deserves better
Both had their faults. The guy didn't pay much attention to the girl that's why she couldn't tell him anything and she was too much of a coward to make him listen to her. They were young and impulsive but eventually they grew up and realized their mistakes and how they hurt each other.
The girl deserves better!! The dude didn't understand the hurt and extreme pain she went through!! Where's the "I'm sorry,I will treasure you more!gimme another chance"?? I'm glad girl was able to get over him to move on with life but this..... Anyway what am I expecting from a harlequin story and ╮(￣▽￣)╭
