I agree that Shin mostly ignores of what Wolf love to him. I will blame his past for it. but it does not bother me cause he does love him in his own twisted way. what does bother me is that he does not trust Wolf at all when it comes to the throne. it annoys me at this point! again I don't hate Shin, but I wish he would have trust Wolf more then he is now.
are we...reading the same comic? do you understand how stories work? did someone tell you that just because a story is a shounen ai it cannot be literally anything else? this isn't a love story you do realise that right, like the relationship between wolfgang and shin is the crux of the comic but in essence the STORY is about multiple other things.
shin and wolfgangs relationship is interconnected with the rest of the story its not two separate themes. and no shit its a slowburn i hate to break it to you its gonna be SLOW. as the events of the story reach a climax obviously so will their relationship, they already have an extreme tension between them.
if you want to read a shounen ai, a pure romance where they kiss and fuck after five chapters you're free to do so.
I know that but when I first heard about this story, I heard it was a gay story. I just feel confused because of that.
that's why I mostly avoid shounen ai, cause they most of the time never ever admit they love each other in a lot of them. but I like this story cause of the plot so I didn't mind about the romance peace.
I don't get this story. It says that it's shounen ai but it really hasn't shown it. I get slow burn but in my opinion, it is too slow. The author should either scrap the romance and focus on everything else entirely or lesson the focus on the fantasy and add more focus on the romance. Also, Shin drives me nuts. He can see that Wolfgang has feelings for him but instead of either rejecting or accepting his feelings, he just toys with him. He knows that Wolfgang will ultimately do what he asks. He's manipulative and cruel. Wolfgang is his pawn and is so blinded by affection that he is willing to do what ever Shin asks him to do. It is implied that Wolfgangs feelings are returned but never is there confirmation. Wolfgang is following Shin around like a puppy. I feel bad for Wolfgang and I really hope that Shin will either A. Confirm his feelings in some way(kiss or verbally) or B. Tell him that he is alone in his affection. Just please, please do something about their relationship.
