She deserved worse
Like she knew she was destroying their relationship yet she did not leave??

Well. It is awkward. She did try to use her words. Even in the earlier chapters that depicted them getting along she did try using her words! Even encouraged the FL by telling her that she didn't need to work so hard to gain the ML approval. But that's the problem with this story. Everybody is making their own assumptions and not listening to each other.
