it's really not okay. i don't know why authors keep trying to romanticize/normalize this kind of behaviour. people who say fiction doesn't effect reality are totally wrong.
Well, I will never understand this kind of "love" story tbh, maybe because the authors never been abused, or raped they can fantasize about it, pray they never because it's the worse thing you can possibly live.
He hates it, but he's excited and will eventually come to love his antagonizer, blah blah blah....I guess I'm just a little tired of how humiliation and pain leads to love, because I'm sure the guy threatning him really has loved him all along. Like I said, blah blah blah. *cynical*
