I may have saved this one but i can't find it...
So there is this guy 39yo going through an andropause, an office worker. He likes his day to day routine and doesn't like change too much. He likes what girls do. He is admired by his junior at work and there is an inspirational conversation between them about how regret is fuel to life and happiness and how the junior would like to help with that.
They go on a few dates with the pretence of experiencing girls friendship, like going shopping and going in a restaurant eating pancakes.
