I just found this webtoon by looking at the fantasy+comedy genre and haven’t even read it yet but the comment section matches your description lmao. I just started the first chapter and it looks interesting, the MC is also buff+ dark haired, haven’t seen the other possibly blonde dude tho.

WEBTOON. Not yaoi/shounen ai.(unfortunately). MCs are two dudes one is blonde, royal, fights with a sword, other has black hair, he is kinda muscular and is a knight (?).At the beginning of the story blonde dude comes to a town where black haired guy lives but nobody likes him. Only thing i remember about the plot is that they were about to go on an adventure together. I remember everybody in the comments complaining it not being shounen ai/yaoi and it was definitely in top 10 fantasy/comedy 2 months ago or something and its unfinished. Sorry this is all i remember ┗( T﹏T )┛ Please help me find it
