Since Eunseo was aware of the situation he might covered them, in addition Doyun needed to be treatet by a doctor, so that covered that as an emergency too ( the same in chapter 23).
After that the company they work for was aware that Doyun would be absent for a while.
It was only one day where Taehan really skipped work, but who knows how the company they work for handles days off/holidays etc.
But overall I think there must be some special rules for omegas and alphas, concerning their heats/ruts and stuff.
