This is a korean work, idk how the og words are, and how the translators translated it, but in korea, some families, the husbands called their wife yeobo which directly translates to Wife, and the wife calls their husband chagi, ( i think ) which is darling.

I don't knkw about korean but i've seen that in japan works but most of times the wife calls her husband like that so it feels strange
