There are those who are married and have a family who work as porn stars because they see it only as a job. Though they might have other reasons as well.

Anyway, over all, what I'm trying to say is that MD was willing to date him and satisfy his sexual needs. But, Chanwoo wants to have the those two from two different people. He ain't satisfied with recieving both from one person.
