That's really well-put. I totally agree; I will never think that what Cole did is okay or excusable or even that he's a stable person, none of which is true. However, I don't hate him or his character because it's what drives this super interesting story, and I'm interested to see what the fallout of this will be.
He's a character who is messed up and I love how he's written. Stories like this only work when characters keep your interest and Cole keeps mine. Alex too. I'm actually looking forward to see how these two crazies handle infidelity. I already know that Alex doesn't love himself because if he did he wouldn't still be with a dude who held him at gunpoint. With that said, I don't foresee him leaving but maybe he'll surprise me.
