Ok, so the Alpha that marked him comes back. Turns out the omega was forced to abort a previous kid with Alpha cause he broke the link to marry a female omega to have heirs for his father's farmaceutical company. He tossed our omega like toilet paper and didn't think more of it.

Our couple ends up leaving the city, to live together in happiness and sorrow, and our beta confesses that his mother was a male omega and his father a male beta, so he knows that happiness is possible, even if that life is hard.
And turns out omega was certaintly pregnant, and that was how his heat was ultimately controlled.
