I don't think he's bad honestly but he's in the wrong because he choose to, espacially since he wants to hurt Chiaru who doesn't share his view of pregman and that is even worse to me than just being bad.
Yeah I could see that happen but it's kind of a forced relationship without the not mutual consent sex it would have probably never happened.

After what happened, Naoto just too kind and want to apologize and take responsibility by marrying That Slutty Leon even though he isnt at fault. After that, the Past story of slutty Leon has begin( His Private Tutor Which is his Dad Friend and Leon(his still child here like 10yrs) are already doing something. So i guess its his Tutors fault he become so slutty cuz His a Pedo. (not sure about this last part.)
