You can call her naive and you're right, but I don't see it as a fault since she was brought to a human kingdom where she was presented with a conflict that showed her the demihumans and demons as the bad and stablished the humans as the good. and she, as a human, would find that way of thinking to be logical.
She's going with the flow, with the difference that she is thinking while walking, unlike the human hero that takes the situation as a game that needs to be cleared for no plausible reason.
Makoto on the other hand was rejected by the goddess from the start, letting him see how this world and his conflicts aren't something natural but instead an obnoxious entertainment for the goddess where she instigates her favorite race to fight her hated race, omiting the fact that demons also have reason and thinking scratching from the page any coexisting possibility.

The hero was a whiny b*tch, easily manipulated and useless. The girl hero is somewhat ok but still too naive and idealistic. Just go back to Mc's story which is better
