Cole is aware of how toxic his relationship with Alex is. Alex is also aware of how mentally unstable and toxic Cole is in their relationship. But Alex isn’t completely guilt free either

If the relationship is toxic it is because Cole is not mentally stable, Alex really has feelings for Cole and has tried to have more than sex with Cole, but Cole due to his insecurities has made the relationship toxic and keeps it physical because of this idea he has of Alex, he has not tried to see Alex as anything more than a hot and hung guy... cheating is not execused, he allowed another guy to kiss him and blow him while in a relationship and was considering breaking up with Alex bc it would be easier with Brad? Come on! When has Cole consider Alex a person with feelings? He is the reason it is not easy with Alex!!
