At the begining, Hak didn't want Yona to learn how to fight so she didn't have to kill anyone because he understands that killing is a crime no matter who the victim is.
And Yona understands that the people love Soo Won because all the good he has done for them, that's why she gives up on revenge because her personal grudge wouldn't do any better for her country. I really like how she is dealing now with this situation, because in Awa (was that the name?) she wasn't even able to look at him in the face and now she even takes care of him when he's sick. Being strong is so much more than getting revenge, sometimes people need to make sacrifices for the sake of the greater good which is in, this case, the future of an entire kingdom. What is great about this manga is that Yona understands it all and acts accordingly, making her a stronger lead character than most fantasy stories have
I dont support soo-won. No matter what reason he had nothing justifies a murder. And what he did to yona. He robbed a father from a daughter. I don't feel sorry for him at all.
