I think those are some short comic arts from doujinshi makers, i also see them in tumblr and insta and they're like two pages or four pages???
You can just follow some tags in insta or twitter they post every week or month

A series of one-shots) about witchs, where every chapter is a different witch's story..one of the chapters was about an immortal witch who adopted a human boy and the boy wanted to learn magic To make flowers bloom for the witch but couldn't. Then, when he died, flowers bloomed around his grave.. I think..
