At ch26:
I kept frowning at how bitter the environment is in this manhwa. Junwoo is basically forced to be a shut-in rather than someone who chooses himself to be isolated. He is spoiled but he was used by his classmates. He was orphaned but was made out to be someone deserving of it. The whole environment has basically designed itself to make Junwoo live at home.
Also, I dont understand why Junwoo and Wooyeon makes it as if Junwoo isnt working. He is basically a financially stable shut in who takes commissions as a DESIGNER. His artistic skills are basically the point of his job but Wooyeon makes it out to be more of the exhibit type of wasted talent (although this one would be a nice ADDITION).
And... Idk alright, but their sex life doesnt match their sober thoughts of "like", "never leave me", "pity", "attachment". This is why I'm frustrated by some of the yaoi stories I've read. Like, don't add details on the sex which wont be acknowledge when their sober then.

At ch27:
Wow, just one chapter after and I'm made to affirm my thoughts about Wooyeon. He really does have this insensitive and hypocritical personality. He doesn't want Junwoo sad? Lol, he's imposing his thoughts on Junwoo while ignoring the "Junwoo's selfishness he had to endure". The more I read, the more I'm thinking that though Junwoo has shut himself in, these pretentious bitches aren't the help he needs. The girl was right, sincerity will pull Junwoo out of the house and not their goody-two-shoes attempts. Wooyeon had issues of his own and Hanbit thought that it was a good idea to make them live together. Like, seriously? This is not about two broken people trying to help each other. This is a hypocrital move to make one broken person feel good about himself while he tries to force the other broken person to just move on with his life.
Also, can Wooyeon really tell Junwoo to socialize when he himself pulls away and get called "gloomy, guarded, weird". Junwoo was right, "you hypocrite." I feel bad for him for having high hopes for Wooyeon's affections

Ch31:
Well isnt that wishy washy. What, 5 years of justified misery and agony of being looked down... Ah, never mind. This is tragic really. This boy needed medicines and therapy sessions, but the environment he lives in just imposes an ideal "you have to overcome it" advices. Hey, Hanbit. Just because your mother died due to depression you could impose your way in to Junwoo with that fear of losing someone because of depression.
Did Junwoo really interpret Wooyeon's advice? Pfft. Fuck no. The bitch was a hypocrite, ignoring Junwoo's illness with ideal advices he imposes on him. What, did he think sex was enough? Did he think he can confront Junwoo's breakdown when he can't handle his own fears? Fuck you.
For sure, thanks for trying to help Junwoo but you're just adding on to his guilt everytime you ignore the root of his depression and show him that he has somehow insulted you. Did you ever really listen to him? Fuck no. If you did, you wouldnt be playing house with him and feeding him advices that just slaps him in the face.
Seriously. Socialize? It's fucking people who made him that way. Try something new? He can't even confront the very guilt that weighs him down. All you're doing is telling him RUN AWAY from his problem and PRETEND that everything will be okay.
God. What a tragic plot.

35:
Haaaa.... Seriously... Look, I love the concept and it raises some sort of mental illness awareness. And I'm just triggered at how the plot is charted out of convenience. I don't want to discredit the author cause the art and concept is fire. This is just my response to the execution of the plot and how the characters play it out.
First, Junwoo is suicidal and will have the tendency to self inflict pain. If Wooyeon is indeed sensitive to blood or suffering, then he shouldnt have been the hikikomori Hanbit went to. The other girl was a Hikikomori herself and was more confrontive about it than Wooyeon. Is it because it's BL? And the advice on how sincerity can pull Junwoo out of his house came from that girl, she's by far more effective.
Second, Wooyeon's suffering is made clear only to make Junwoo second guess himself. However, i'm glad that Junwoo is aware that Wooyeon is being a hypocrite. But why is Junwoo retracting it just because Wooyeon is being more obvious about his own issues? What, he's supposed to feel bad for not understanding Wooyeon when it was Wooyeon imposing himself on Junwoo? Like, really?
Third, my views on Hanbit doesn't change. His actions are merely out of obligation. Does he ever really look at Junwoo or is simply weighed by the fact that he couldnt help his mother when she was reaching out to them? And now apparently he is sick, which makes his purpose more urgent. Which is why he's really is handing over Junwoo to Wooyeon to take care of as some sort of "dying wish".
All things considered, i like that I'm having strong emotions for this story because it means that it has an impact. If I am able to just scroll through this, then why the hell am I reading right? I'm just hoping I get the good kind of kick out of this. Ive had held strong emotions for this other "well-loved" manhwa but it wasn't the good kind of conclusion.

At 41:
Grief and Guilt are different. I dont want to compare but Junwoo is right when he said that Wooyeon wouldn't understand nor will they ever be at the same page. Wooyeon is wallowing in grief for a lover, still able to carry himself through 2 years. Junwoo was right when he said that just because Wooyeon slit his wrist once he can impose himself on Junwoo.
Junwoo was forced to be isolated, made to carry the death of his parents and pushed away without an ounce of sympathy. Junwoo's grief is coated with guilt. All this during childhood. If Junwoo is made to retract his words or even be guilty of overlooking Wooyeon's pain, that's it for me. Junwoo has no obligation nor does he deserve to discredit himself of his pain just because someone is still suffering from their own while imposing themselves on him.
Junwoo does not deserve that guilt from Wooyeon.

42:
Well what about that huh. I was right. The pretentious childhood friend didnt event think about how Wooyeon's issue could make problems for Junwoo. The fucker doesn't even realize what Junwoo is suffering from and underestimate Junwoo. Wow. Looking for a lover from someone who is mentally ill without even considering the said mental condition? I applaud you Wooyeon, you son of a bitch.
Hanbit really wasnt considerate. These hypocrites.

44
Let me slap you in the back for being honest you son of a bitch. My god, I'm glad Junwoo turned away. And what's worse is that Junwoo has to suffer from the lies he's fed. I do think that this one was dragged out too long because Wooyeon was already busted before but it does help that it happened after Junwoo took a step forward from the guilt he's been carrying.
It's just sad to have Junwoo having to be the one understanding why Wooyeon lied when all Wooyeon did was ignore Junwoo's pain. As helpful as he was to be Junwoo's companion, he listened to what he wanted to hear. All the things Junwoo suffered from (the classmate bullies and dickwads of a relative) didnt even make him want to think about what he's doing to Junwoo. After all that he still looked at Junwoo as a replacement or at least percieved him to be a lover that could help him move on.

Complete:
Well, wasnt that disappointing for me. By the time Junwoo chased Wooyeon I have lost the strong emotions of anticipation. The plane swooped down and crashed. The ending was a montage, playing out the future like an ideal dream. After being dragged by emotional and mental burdens of their cohabitation, it vanished into thin air.
Junwoo was right again. Being outside doesn't mean it is the real world.

Let end in this in a better note. Ive been frustrated by how people treated Junwoo to the point that I babied Junwoo in my head. Of course, Junwoo picked himself up to chase after Wooyeon because Wooyeon is the manifestation of what he wants. That is his choice a person who is no longer obligated to be guilty about other people.
He has grown over the years and though je cane breakdown again, he has finally heard the words he wanted to hear which can really be simple to people but really does weigh more. That's why now, he is owning his life by getting out that door and choosing to go for Wooyeon.
That is his choice (which even if I am not satisfied with, I should accept.) Since he is happier now by his choices, I can be satisfied with the image of picking himself up.
Still at ch18 but I'm a little peeved at how the scars just appear when it is convenient. Theyre not subtle like the sort you discover then interpret or think about. Especially when Wooyeon suddenly had one when he was busted for tricking Junwoo.
I mean, look at Wooyeon's wrist at the photos about the manga. The scar is on his left wrist when they were on the tub but he's clean on chapters before it. It kinda plays off as an after thought concept.
