Sorry but I have to disagree with your theory. Please dont get mad I'm just saying this as a fan of Horikoshi-san ^^;;
I understand she will do anything for money but I doubt she's the traitor for that reason. Yes its true at first she wanted to be a hero for money but I feel as she met Midoriya her views changed a bit. She thinks "what would deku do in this situation" i know this isnt a good enough point but people like to point out her money issue. She's just probably actually trying to become a hero but thats what I think.
Your other point may seem as a stretch. The kanji for uragiri is 裏切 and the kanji for Uraraka is 麗日. The kanji for the two words are completely different. 麗(Urara) meaning beautiful or lovely and 日(ka) meaning day.
The last point makes some what of a good idea. I really cant think of anything against it other than that I dont believe she's the traitor.

1) she’ll do anything for money...she literally says that the main reason why she wants to become a hero
2) The Japanese word for traitor is URAgiri, and guess whose name is similar to that word? URA-raka
3) she has the perfect quirk to escape this “decay wave“
