He didn't reciprocate his feelings. Completely normal and ok.
The only questionable thing is introducing his new "bf" to MD, it was kind of insesitve but on the other hand he wanted to clear the situation. To know if MD is ok with that and still wants to continue their BDSM relationship.

I have seen MD get so much shit in here and I know what he did wasn’t necessary and was wrong but I don’t agree with only blaming him. Chanwoo was also in the wrong and to me they both are to blame and both are in the wrong.
