Yep, but even if he's like that, rape is still inexcusable. I honestly don't understand why parents would want to raise children if they're just going to abuse them. The author is even going to make a Jihyun x Chiwoo . . . Just no. Those shippers are disgusting . . . I believe they're in their teens.

I agree with you in the aspect that Jihyun and Chiwoo should not end up together. I emphasize with Jihyun and all but I wouldn't go as far as to ship them together after what was said and done, their relationship can't go back to the way it was, nor can it take a step further.
I just wish Jihyun could get a story of his own so he can heal himself. I noticed there's a sequel and god why, do they need to reunite them honestly he needs his own story as the villain (MC) of the plot just to break free from his love of Chiwoo, which was undeniably toxic after having someone care for him after a long time.
I mean, if you notice the pattern of murderers and serial killers they usually had either a bad upbringing or solemn childhood where there were lack of emotions to really feel. This is just another unfortunate case :<
Why the fck are people shipping and justifying Jihyun!? If you want a toxic relationship then go ahead and make your life miserable! Seriously, why isn't he having therapy or in a mental institution? He has anger issues and he's harming a lot of people. He doesn't love Chiwoo, that's obsession! And he goddamn raped him!
Just nitpicking: I know it's his dad's fault that he's like that. Afterall, Bad parents make bad children. Jihyun didn't have to say it to his father that it was his fault, it could've been his brother or the teacher. it's bad storytelling and it's awkward.
