Well, Haruko is Haru's mother; His dad is also the father of the twin. So they are step brothers. For Natsuo, I believe he is related to Haru from Haruko's side of the family. Ren is obviously related to no one.

So for a while now I’ve been kinda confused about the whole family tree. Like, who are the true bio parents of Haru, Natsuo is whose cousin and from which side of the family, how all the parents are related, are the people in this chapter really their aunt and uncle and whose bro/sis, etc. I am just really confused, so if anyone knows, can you please explain everyone’s relationships?
