yessss i agree. being strong does my mean she has to be on top of her shit 24/7 and know how to beat up an entire gang of thugs. she’s smart n strong in her own rite
I agree! I think a lot of people compare strong FLs to strong MLs and have a skewed way of determining what “strong” is irrespective of gender. A strong FL shouldn’t have to meet the standards of a strong ML, rather she should be able to show her delicate side as well as be assertive and exert power when appropriate. The good thing is that she knows how to maintain a balance! (●'◡'●)
right?! Don't get me wrong I LOVE a situation or story that can allow for a FL to be just as insane awesome as some stories do for ML's BUT there are diff kinds of strengths for every character, hell every person!, and saying that one person isn't strong because they aren't using the same kind of strength or same level as someone else is completely ignoring the work and courage the 1st person did to have even that much! Bottom line: I haven't seen this character dual wielding shotguns and I don't see that coming any time soon either but I HAVE been pretty darn satisfied with the level of mature but determined way she's held onto her goals and emotions (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

I'm still giving the "strong female" the pass because this IS considered a strong woman in these kinds of countries. they have to balance strength w/knowing their limits and for SURE facing that psycho would be a limit to most people - male OR female.
