NVM literally after I posted it I remembered its name.
Was going between these two for the name when searching for it but there not it. (Knife, Risk) they were close though.

I've been searching for a few days for this manga with no luck. Here is what I remember.
In the beginning the manga starts of with the mc's dad asking him if he wanted to go with him to get cigs but he said no because it was cold out. Short of that his dad got killed by a driver if I remember right.
He has sex/raped his friend who he loved (the mc is the uke by the way) who disappeared afterwards with his mom. The seme tried to find him but failed.
The next part is at University I think where the seme mets his friend who tries to act normal. Though the seme wants more while the uke hoped things could be as if nothing happened. In short they do get together.
