I dunno what I would do in this situation honestly. A lot of you say you would respond better but imagine if you were woken up out of your bed and then confessed to while you already have a partner and the person that is confessing to you is very close with your partner. You wouldn't immediately have a planned out perfect answer like some of y'all are saying. My dude was half asleep.
Anyway, my heart aches for Taehyun. :(
