I'm still following fine. If its the doc that confused you well if you go back a few chapters Cain was looking for a specific demon doctor, he had sid go look for them and sid tried to have them killed given its pretty clear Sid isn't on Cains side anymore. That doctor is supposed to get the piece of the heaven weapon out of cains heart which would restore his prior power. The doctor also wants to use cain to go against Satan. Sometimes it does help to read back to get a refresher, so far the story has been easy to follow especially if you read previous chapters uwu

i've read all the previous chapters or else i wouldn't be here Dx but it's probably because all of us have waited so long for the updates that we're lost now that they're being updated.

I've reread it several times because I love it, I've also stared at the raws. I can understand people getting confused after waiting awhile I do know for myself I still follow since I keep reread the whole thing when I'm in need of a good read xD
