That's what I was thinking, as well. As bad as I feel for Jin, and as much as I wish for Sid to rot in hell for eternity alone or bother a soul who might be more deserving of this treatment (if you know what I mean), the relationship that was formed and the feelings that are blossoming between Cain and Gyeong Joon are so beautifully intricate, I sincerely doubt Jin would have any chance of winning over Gyeong Joon, no matter how close they are as best friends... and if Gyeong Joon had even the slightest amount of romantic interest towards Jin, one would think they'd already be trying to hit it off long before Cain made his way into Gyeong Joon's life (considering how long the two humans have known each other).
Additionally, when you stop and think about it, even though Cain is supposedly a very powerful demon, a creature usually known to cause various types of negative emotions within anyone who encounters them (such as Sid with Jin), pretty much anyone can tell how much Cain truly cares for Gyeong Joon, most especially in the recent [scanlated] chapters. They both may not know that what they're feeling is "love" for one another, but through the way they communicate and act together, anyone with the slightest bit of common sense would be able to tell that they're both so love-stricken with one another, it'd honestly be extremely hard to see them come apart.
...This is just a speculation of mine, but a part of me feels like Jin might actually end up doing something he'll probably regret, with the way Chapter 28 just ended (that is, if he's able to get free from Sid). Perhaps he thinks that Cain is treating Gyeong Joon the same way Sid is treating him, which makes the most sense in his case, and I get that he'd be extremely angry and worried for his crush/best friend. But because misunderstandings always end up making things worse, if Gyeong Joon's vision of him changes for the worst because of what Jin does and/or what might happen in the later chapters, any chance Jin possibly could have had with Gyeong Joon would be EVEN LESS than it already seemed to be.
oh damn speaking of which I just noticed an early hint in the newest title card

I feel so bad for Jin yeong (Best friend). Sid (who I feel absolutely no sympathy for, and wish had his throat cut.) literally took basically everything from him, he can't even mentally process things correctly. I feel like I'm the only person who ships Jin and Geyong, because how much Jin obviously cares and likes him. I like the idea of a polyamorous relationship, but most bl never really explore that idea. So, I'm guessing he ends up with the doctor?
