I think the seme was giving the uke a lot of things when he moved like the mentioned microwave. So the bear was prob where he heard about curry and stuff. And later the electric plug hearing devices were added.
The other thing might be that the manager might off handed mentioned where the uke was moving to and seme moved there first and got in bedore the uke moved in to add those things like the one in the electric plug. Which is why he could time the crash meeting when all the boxes had to be moved
Is the manager an accomplish? I mean Kotaro couldn't be moving next door accidentally and those wired socket everywhere definitely need time to install. Plus he "knew" a lot about Aoyagi and commented how they finally are getting together.
