I'd like to point out that despite these abilities being so varied, no one is using them for anything besides combat.

There are mental abilities inside the police body, that's something at least xD But yeah, you can actually enjoy this if you think of it as an action flick. Fights for the sake of fights. Everything else is so poorly portraiyed that if we take it seriously is frustrating. So, just enjoy the action. Read with your brain on Off
