neither of them understands tho hodaka sure as hell doesn’t know the weight of the words i like u or of anything he’s done with hiyori. hodaka obvs doesn’t understand romance. he only said what he did to get laid i’m pretty sure subconsciously hiyori knows he likes him and that’s why he’s so upset constantly at the idea that hodaka only likes him for his scent
