Yes I’m pretty sure that’s what it means. The last meal she can give Rose is herself. I haven’t seen the mother again so I assume she’s dead.

Can anyone explain what happened to Lea Dupre at the end of season 1? What does she mean "this is the last meal I can give you". Like, does Rose eat her?
