But, in the demon world there's some kind of fight for power, Satan and Cain fought, there's an embedded bullet/shrapnel or the likes in Cain that's why they're looking for the doctor, and he asked Sid to do that. The doctor cannot go back because he's door died, basically the main character(forgot the name) and his friend just caught in the crossfire as you can see, the MC was supposed to die but Cain saved him. The whole point is for Cain to removed the bullet on him that's restricting his powers. The doctor being freed from the demon world. And for Sid to...(let's just wait for the upcoming chapters).

I dont really understand the purpose, or anyone's motives, the ultimate goal or anything about the turmoil goin on in hell. They keep mentioning Satan and all that but like it feels like everyone is fighting everyone. They arent going after Cain, they are hunting the doctor and Gaile cause of his experiments. But like why? All I know is Im still depressed because poor Jin Yeong. Someone save him please. I hate seeing him suffer :( What does that shitty Sid guy want? Also does he have multiple personalities? Cause one moment he is hella gross and evil, then next moment he kinda acts like he feels sorry for Jin Young. Is Jin Young possessed by some other demon? Or is he possessed by evil Sid? Like I honestly dont understand what's goin on in this manhwa lollll
