Chanwoo can date whoever he wants, reject whoever he wants. He never realised his true feelings for MD because he wasn't in the right mental state. He just got abused and used, give him a break.

Thats the problem. Thats the annoying cliché part of this character. And that’s also what caused the major plot if his side story.
That’s something i could understand from a 10 years old. Coming from an adult, that’s pretty stupid.
Like I said, how do you expect someone that isn't in the right mental state to realise his feelings? He probably doesn't expect to like MD, since he isn't his type at all, and it would be a shock to him too.
He was in his right mind when he rejected MD though.
And so what if he was? He isn't obligated to accept, he can reject him if he wants to.

The scene of Chanwoo going into mental distress implies that he likes MD a lot.
Hence why i find him annoying as a character. Because it means despite liking MD, he rejected MD. Because he didn’t realise his feelings.

Many characters and people don't realise their feelings, it's a normal thing. Most people don't know at first.
If you find it normal to reject someone that you actually love because you didn’t realise your feelings thats ok. But i personally can’t relate.
I personally dont understand how you can’t realise your feelings when the opportunity is right in front of you.
It's because the chance for him to realise his feelings hadn't came yet.

Um.... this is actuallly not fun at all. All this time Chanwoo was getting boyfriends. He refused MD and he was getting serious about a new partner. AND YET he gets into mental crisis when he sees someone kissing MD.
Like..... you could have just dated MD if you wanted him for yourself.
Also i feel a bit sad for the random guy. He deserved the be manipulated the same way he manipulated Chanwoo though. But i still feel bad because he put so much effort into something and it all crashed down.
And he lost to Chanwoo, the guy who turns down MD but still panic when he sees MD kissing someone.
The story is still good overall. That new guy made it quite interesting and MD is good too. But Chanwoo was quite boring in the story.
