Honestly the only reason I was bringing this up at all is because drunk sex is probably what people have the hardest time forming an opinion about like I don't really spend my time thinking about the morality of bl characters like I'm usually not that invested but I know that a lot of people don't know what to think about this issue so I just felt the need to clarify
Also I put lucid because sometimes people have the same amount of alcohol but one person doesn't have the same amount of impaired judgment as the other
this is a fantasy but just to be safe never sleep with someone who is drunk especially if you aren't together they're drunk enough to pass out and throw up and you are way more lucid/sober than they are just because they're not resisting doesn't mean that's a good idea
