You know? I think this'll be a bit different of what everyone is imagining... Maybe she hates/ is afraid of men or sth like that? It keeps bugging me how there are only women working in that vet and how the nurses implied that every man was tired out until they resigned... and when Shizuma talked about the chores list for a second there she didn't even remembered what he was talking about. And the nurses and vet said that they were happy for Takumi and Shizuma but they knew they wouldn't endure it once Onodera had come: they knew she was going to do her best to make them want to go.
So... I believe she is going to give our boys a hard time but because she is going to try to make them quit
