My take on it is that they are not siblings; that was just a lie. The husband ripped off Miki’s nails because he caught Miki impregnating his wife.

Did he actually do it with his own sister? Hence why he got his nails pulled off by her husband? Or does her kid just so happen to look like him because they're siblings after all?
