Hey they said you can chose. Both of them are similar. I think they are the same in the story flow, and the emotions. Better with the fan translations, Especially when Hajin is saying Hangyum Lee you son of a bitch it is better than tapas and closer to the real story. I don’t think it sounds robotic or choppy. I think it is because Your expecting tapas aim at western high schoolers? Or whatever audience. But the fan translation are different. Some one said it would be like a different story. It a different mindset and you have to read it differently from Tapas.

Ok sure, you're entitled to your own opinion, I'm not trying to dismiss the translators works. I will still read both and I appreciate the work.
I'm saying the general english speaking population, not limited to a teen audience - wouldn't say something along the lines of "If you don't want to drink tea with the expression on my face, go quietly." which is its literal Korean nuance for eg.
i'm just going to say it but i prefer the tapas translations.
Take no offense, I don't mean to condemn the translators efforts ( Thank you team for translating and trying to show us the best version of this comic! We really appreciate it) but even with Tapas' inconsistencies of names previously the storyline flows better. I can visually and auditorily? understand the emotions the characters are trying to portray in my head. I understand they're trying to convey the korean figurative notions but as a native english reader the fan translation feels choppy robotic and like a MTL novel at times. I think at times it doesn't really fit the manhwas timeline as the language seems too formal, (which I also understand is a thing of Korean culture) but I would never imagine someone speaking like that in English.
