use google chrome for translation go to 1:1 inquiry after you made an account and then send a photo of your ID to proof your age by filling out the form under "Read Select Inquiry" they will send an email of confirmation that you'd been confirmed by them. This is for the foreigners.

Yeah it took like half a day to get back to me. Did you attach a clear photo? I didnt draw over my photo or anything. My message was simple too.
