I assume because he’s probably so used to reading his lips by now, and he’s always been able to speak anyways since he wasn’t born deaf

They mostly use sign language outside of their home

Yup and also notice when yohan can't see soohwa's mouth, soohwa gestures like nodding his head against yohan, etc.
