I might be wrong but from what I remember reading spoilers on Instagram was that:
It is revealed that when Jieun comes again she has memories of her past life just like Tia. In her past life, she also got executed by the prince + jieun lost her baby. The prince in the past life was manipulated by the evil Duke (the one with the white beard and hair). the prince was under some spell, Jieun found out that the prince didn't really love her but was deeply in mad with Tia all along so when Tia died the prince went a little crazy, his craziness was a reason why jieun got killed as well.
Basically when Jieun comes back it'll look like she's going to make Tias life worst (when the chapter comes up you'll know) but in reality Jieun wants revenge on the Duke and will help Tia. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think she's going to fall in love with the prince this time bc she remembers that he killed her lol
