some thoughts

sucks for ed, still hasnt learnt to make prudent decisions, right now he should get the fuck outta both chang and mcqueen's side, ed needs time to heal, we can still see bruises on his face, its too soon, reuniting with mcqueen is not a good idea yet and why tf would he let chang give him a ride? if hes not gonna sue him (would love to see this happen) then he should avoid him as much as possible (spoiler: he wont)

sucks for glenn, the big catalist for him leaving his comfort zone, the thing that has given him all the success hes seen is ed and ed is a person that 1. has so little trust in him that wouldnt even mention the burden (the debt) that was holding him back so badly 2. is having conflicted feelings over another man and 3. isnt even transparent about having said conflicted feelings about another man (ed says "I don't care about anything Chang says" despite his inner monologue being the opposite) glenn leaving his world for a person like that is very unfortunate to him

funnily enough this works wonders for chang, the main thing that was hurting him was the fact that he couldnt accept his feelings for ed and he just did that, he finally accepted them, yes, hes gonna have his heart broken but after so many years he will finally be able to hurt, heal and move on, he was stuck in a limbo before, that was his struggle and that struggle is no longer there so if youre a fan of chang well dw, hes gonna be fine
