The blood thing is a trait singular to only vampires which Hwa's dad commanded to guard his blood at all time aka his family. When he was about to kill our bby boy he stopped because he felt Hwa's blood in him aka it's preggo time!!!
Hwa is a half 'n half. A mutation, something that shouldn't exist. But yes he is a vampire AND a lycanthrope, that's why we can see his ears and tail when they where mating because our MC's hormones triggered his horny werewolf side
