Why not tho? It was pretty clear from the start.. Plus that the rols in bed have nothing to do with them being strong or not or dominant or not.. Human are complex, they aren't just dominant and submissive all that time, even if that's what 90% of the yaoi genre hints at. The author clearly wanted to show diversity in their characters.
The uke is def You Keika. If you read the page after he declared he was seme, he scolded Duamu Xi for not keeping quiet when Duamu said only ukes insist they are semes..
